Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with Don Strategic Group. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Consulting sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Walmart placement & brand building

• Full refund if you cancel before work begins.
• Once work has started, fees for completed work and third-party costs (e.g. samples, manufacturing, fees) are non-refundable.

Ongoing / recurring services

You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.

Physical items

Returned goods must be unused and, where applicable, shipped back as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Custom-made samples and prototypes are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

How to request

Email Zach@TheBrandDon.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
